Welcome to the webpage of Bethersden Cricket Club. Our Club was founded in 1751 and is one of the oldest cricket clubs in the country. You will find below information about our fundraising events along with dates of upcoming fixtures. We hope you enjoy your visit!
All ‘Home’ fixtures will take place at Bull Green, Bethersden and will start at 2pm, unless stated otherwise.
If you would like to play in future fixtures please contact David on the details below. We welcome all female, male and veteran players. Colt and Junior Teams:
We are pleased to announce that due to popular demand our junior training sessions with professional coaches will continue in 2019. This is part of the redevelopment of the cricket club and we have had a fantastic response for our professional coaching sessions with the Junior side but there is still room for more boys and girls. We have purchased all the necessary equipment so all the children have to bring is suitable clothing for training and a drink. Future Fundraising Events:
Cockney Sing-a-Long, Saturday 7th September 2019 at 7.00pm, *(New Venue) Bethersden Village Hall.
Please bring your own nibbles and drinks. There will aslo be a bar should you wish purchase drinks. Raffle on the night. Dress up in the old fashion way if you like!

Christmas Quiz 2018
On 24th November the annual Christmas Quiz was held in the Village Hall. We are pleased to confirm that a total of £1,026 was raised on the night, £400 of which was from the raffle. Thank you to all who attended.
Sunday Lunch at the London Beach Hotel
On Sunday 12th August, Bethersden Cricket Club held their annual Sunday lunch at the London Beach Hotel. Once again it was a resounding success with £768 being raised for the club. 29 people attended to enjoy the three course meal.

Past success! Since last year a number a number of events have taken place to raise money for the redevelopment of the cricket club, including quizzes, skittles night and even a murder mystery! In addition, the regular Winter 2015/Spring 2016 George Quiz Nights accrued £355 for the Bethersden Cricket Club coffers. Over £1,500 has now been raised and the effort will continue throughout 2017.
Special Thank You’s! The club would like to thank Caroline Buckley for all her hard work in organising a successful fund raising event at London Beach golf Club in July 2016. Also to Croline Buckley and Lin Hillyard, whose assistance during the winter quiz nights at the George Pub was greatly appreciated.
The club would like to thank Colin Miles of Colin Miles Signs from Bethersden for his generosity in supplying the new signs at Bull Green.
