There is no longer an official British Legion branch in the village. However, the flag is still laid up in St Margaret's Church for use on special occasions, such as the Armistice Day parade.

The nearest branch is located in Tenterden and meets on the 2nd Tuesday of each month in the White Lion Hotel in the centre of Tenterden.
