Collecting Personal information using websites

The Data Protection Act provides guidance on the use that can be made of information collected via a website.

Following discussions with the Information Commissioner’s Office, it was agreed that the majority of the Act does not apply to The Bethersden Parish Website as it only contains information confirmed by individuals personally or the responsible officers of each organisation.
